Good Free Software for Animation/Cartoon Making

I'm looking for some free software to make short videos maybe 5-7 min each for a project I'm working on. I want cartoon animation for this. I also want to be able to use my own voices, with full customization if possible.. Anything will work though

By "free," does that include torrents or you ain't trying to go there? The two that I've messed with are CrazyTalk (http://www.reallusion.com/crazytalk/) and Toon Boom (https://www.toonboom.com/). They're not free but you can pirate them.

Yeah Free meaning torrents ... that 5 finger ez ... I'ma check that out glooks
