I like to just browse the site sometimes, check out people battles, audio/text.. Listen to tracks and just sit back and think ''damn.'' With the right guidance and help, this site could spawn MONSTERS. The stuff we put out is so complex compared to other sites/music, it's crazy. Just a little shout out to everyone from Letsbeef, keep doing what you're doing. It's good to be apart of something that's the best!

Yeah, you're right there. It's easy to say ''I want to be famous.'' But the way you deal w/ it is a huge factor, your life changes COMPLETELY. I was listening to a Kid Cudi interview and he got addicted to alcohol and drugs right after fame hit. His way of coping, shit's crazy.

i think some guys on here could have some decent underground success
not alot of potential for mainstream success tho .. these battle sites focus to much on punchlines.. this environment doesnt facilitate good radio type music

Honestly, the content here is too much for mainstream. We'd have to dumb it down for listeners. It's all about the ''beat drops'' now too. It's the ERA of the D.O.L, Death of Lyricism.

Didnt that era just pass?

You got that mixed-up w/ the D.O.A, Death of Autotune that was led by Jay-Z. This movement is led by Obey himself. :D

In all honesty, I'd pick Punk to be able to go mainstream. He's got a likeable flow and it's laid back w/ good lyrics. He'd have a cult following like Chance, OF, etc..

As much as I usually hate cocky/arrogant dudes, Fame's got a point imo. Out of anybody I see on here I think fame's got the best chance to become "mainstream". Him, or Phil Banks/M-Rock with their grimey flow/punchline rap that's appealing to a small but substantial audience.

Actually, definitely let me add Punk to the list of dudes who could make it. He has a few flaws, but as he grows as an artist I could see him making it too.

lots of people here could get a decent fanbase underground no doubt
but lets keep it 100 nobody here would ever make it mainstream
Surf and Lux are battle rappers who make the best music imo
and they are still underground.....its nice to dream though
