Honestly tho. I rarely give anyone better than a 7 regardless of the participants. Maybe and 8 very now and then but 9's and 10's should be given to flawless verses that exceed in every category. Multie usage. Wordplay. Complexity etc.

And if you feel he is hate voting you my solution is simple. Block him. :D

Askari Everytime I come to the forum section I get gang raped. If the Fair Voters knew who I was, I guarantee they'd change their vote and opinion after looking over my battles again.
