Letsbeef Radio Requests/Ideas Thread

With the hype of the Letsbeef Radio coming soon I want to get as much input from the community so that I can deliver a topnotch episode for you guys. Wednesday is payday so I will need to pay a bit of cash for the extra airtime for Spreaker so we have plenty of time to plan this all out. In this Thread Post your Song Requests, Interview requests, LB Track requests, episode theme requests, event promo's or shoutouts. I've been speaking to @RULE (http://www.letsbeef.com/forums/member.php?u=859014) and he has agreed to do an interview so I am currently coordinating various questions to discuss topics with him. Some Ideas I've been thinking about for the show so far.

Not trying to sound like a dick, but usually that's what radio/media outlets do. They instigate things, I just think it'd bring more realism & fun into it.

You could do that occasionally but I don't think restricting people all the time is good.

XplicitKontent I'm feeling some of these ideas and looking forward to seeing this manifest. Exactly how much airtime will you be getting? Will the airtime limit be cycled on a weekly or monthly basis? Is there a way to embed a stream of the radio station here?

For 20 a month I can get 3 hours airtime and episode. I can do as many episodes a week or month as I wish. The limitation its set to how long each episode can be. I do believe theres code to put a widget onto a site

I think a lot of the ideas so far will come off a bit cheesy.

If you get a decent playlist of tracks for the edition, get an update on some things, and really push the ideas towards the LBA/LBT/LB Topical events, then you'll have a lot of work with to hype stuff up. Then, get an interview in every week through the chatroom or something.

EtH I read about Spreaker before, and apparently interviews are done through Skype (I guess there's a way you can connect it to Spreaker).

I think the 2 most catchy idea will be Obey's and Nicholas'.

Yeah I only caught a bit before it cut off the songs were far too old. pump it up s from 2001 or some shit. if you're going to do that make it a "classics" segmant for 30 minutes. you'll get a nice 7 to 10 tracks in there then.

As for the interviews I checked in just after they finished so I can't comment.

Phil Banks this was done on a trial period to see how shit panned out......id actually say i agree though interview one person at a time....i mean it wasnt that confusing but hell i was on air so wtf would i know i havent been able to hear the outcome of it so yea...as for the lb tracks....i co sign that keep the tracklist lb generated

well posted a link to the track archive, not sure if any of them got played. maybe that should be the "classic" section rather than old mainstream tracks...if you're going to take that route

I had alot more LB tracks from leatherface sixxshoy swavy rinsed and skin ec lined up but my power cut out. Ill implement more in the future eps. Ill also note the era and genres being played in sections. Thanks for the feedback guys
