i didnt make the tut, but it is kinda simple lol.. just gotta get use to working with the program is all,yeah it can .. most designers beforehand used mac for photoshop

& Overall Nice Tut BUT I Felt Like You Could've Explained Things More For The Newbies. I.E. Add A Lighting Source
