to me its about who is more reasonable. being a mod is not a reward...its a duty to be given to those most earning...granted...time on the site is a factor...but Doc T literally RETIRED due to a loss...while Phil hasnt shown any schitzo shit that i've seen anyway....i'm down with either, but Phil is my number one choice

Very true. I like Phil as an audio mod. Krhyme, keep in mind we had a newcomer named exZACHLY that was an even better candidate at the time and he turned down the offer. Doc's kinda flaky in a sense, but I wouldn't be against it.

the way i see phil at this point ... is exactly how i saw just c right before he got brought on board ... level headed ... unbiased ... fair .. good at getting his point across in an argument .. all the same reasons i thoughbt just would make a good mod ... so ill say yes ... i just hope history doesnt repeat itself and we end up with the argumentative side taking over once he gets settled... lol

Checking random battles for bad votes would get your feet wet. Delete the bad vote, leave an expo ya did it basically 'deleted 6-1 vote' or whatever

At the bottom of each person's profile page is the 'give infraction' button which is self explinitory for the bad voter.

also it's good to just play around with the new mod tools and see where everything is located if you haven't already.

Phil, just do what you normally do when you come on here. Peep battles and also the forums. Only difference is you now have the tools to adjust things in the forums and on battles when they are off (remove hate comments, delete votes, etc). When you need to adjust something, use discretion and better judgement. If you need to know how to do something specific, you can ask any of the other mods online. People are probably going to hit you up for things anyways as they start to realize you're a mod now.
