You have to post a thread in the text lounge accompanied by a 500 word essay addressed to FUEL telling him about your self, your text history, this site and others, also stating what you have done/accomplished on this site, and how it has helped you progress as a textcee. You also have to accompany this essay with 16 keystyled bars. The thread must be titled "Et Cetera's Title Request Thread" This is purely for archiving purposes so FUEL can keep track of who has applied as well as who he has granted or denied a title based on how successful each application is.
