Yo I just caught Tally/Illimage voting for himself using multie accounts. That was back in '08 though, so I was wondering if he already got his infraction for that? & if so, how do I find that out in the future?

The infraction system hasn't always been in place .... It got brought in at the exact same time I first became a mod... So if it was dealt with before then there's no way of telling unless the person who dealt with it tells you... But if you go to the forum where the infractions are logged and do a search you'll know if it's been dealt with since the infraction system was brought in

In 2010 mindless gave him an infraction for biting ... That's all since the infraction system came in

What I would do is trick him into talking about it without letting him know we dont know if hea been punished for it

send him a pm asking to explain why he felt the need to vote on x amount of battles on such and such a date

If he comes back with some excuse .... Boom ... Deal with him
