A lid is an ounce for those who don't know. Respect on getting this out quick Alzie.

Good battle, both textcees really brought it here. That being said, I felt BURDENS was the close but clear winner, for two reasons.

Firstly, the multis from Alzie were a bit off. Some of them seemed just off to me, but after thinking about it I guess they probably work with accents I don't have. But others like TALKS SLICK I couldn't really find what they were meant to rhyme with. Maybe thats just me, but generally the scheme either didn't work or was too confusing to follow.

Secondly, Burdens had really nice flow with wordplay as well, which meant he had some punches which just hit really hard (imo his opener was the botb).

Overall I felt Burdens was just a step ahead. Good battle!

alzie nice verse but the setups before the rebock is too long, quite a stretch thats what cost u,  otherwise u wouldve got the w, burdens , kinda the opposite, ur setup too close between multis, however i think u put more into it. both verses were entertaibing i must say. fair vote, no hate

Some played concepts but that ping pong line was Fire man so this way straight up

Very hot battle. I thought that alzie's was readable but some some multies were off which you rarely see him dissapoint at. Burdans opener was my favorite out of this whole read and he kept on banging with punches. Don't sleep on either artist.

Alzie gets this for me, his verse had harder punches.

While burdens had more complex material overall, he didnt incorporate one vital thing that Alzie did. Creativity. Burden, The first bar of yours was good and would have set up a nice tone for your verse, however you went into played ideas and executed them in that fashion. Too obvious. Alzie come fresher with his stuff, didny dig the Reebok bar though. Overall i have alzie taking this with presenting a scheme and maintaining creativity throughout the entirety of his verse. Fair is fair fellas.

I did read some decent stuff here. I'm old school and hearing forced stuff kinda makes me cringe.both are equal here and the winner deserves my vote

This was honestly tough to vote on. I liked Alzie's flow in some spots and felt he managed to fit more punches in, but he had the mid portion of his verse that was split between 3 different rhyme schemes and that kinda threw me off. Also had the defeat bar which is laughably played at this point in time. Liked the ping pong punch and the closer, though. BURDENS slightly edges this for me with some punches that were fresher with their concepts and didn't have a choppy flow in the middle of the verse, although Alzie's best punches were better than BURDEN's best punches, also ROUNDS lines don't exactly work cause you're calling a round object (a basketball) a ROUND, which doesn't really make sense. Pretty good battle from the both of you, but I have a winner.

Alzie had sum wording issues for me...had to read it a few times & still couldn’t catch the rhythm..the punches really didn’t hit for me either..idk just wasn’t your best verse..I’ve seen way better from you..But Burdens took this only because of nice set ups and delivery, punches were ok .. could’ve been harder, but the structure was there

This was a really good battle. Kinds liked Alzie’s approach a little more with the variance, but Burdens was hitting harder with his punches. Good battle fellas.

Alzie: Decent opener, first part didn't really go with the punch though. Defeat/da-feed bars are super played at this point too but that Ding Dong Ditch line was great. Tea Pot line wasn't great, multi-use was off so it made it choppy. Finisher was okay. Overall felt like you kept it light here, maybe you thought he wouldn't go hard but I've seen you come a lot harder, not offense.

BURDENS: Opener was good, just a bit long-winded, multi use was good just didn't need to be so long. Head by Cords line was okay, punch was decent but first multi set didn't need to be there. Finisher was decent but again, it was too long.

Overall felt like my winner was overall more consistent and had a more structured verse. Loser had too many wording issues to take this but had better concepts. Good battle here, fair's in peeps.
