Clear win here. Both had questionable wording in places, but one was a little stronger in all categories. One criticism for both: You broke the scheme a LOT. It's alright to not have the lesser syllables rhyme, but the dominant syllable in "mixtape" is "MIX" and both of you had moments where the syllable you used in that place was nowhere near the "ih" sound that you needed. on a more positive note: Lock, I liked your tidal line. and Wave . . . your "Isis Recruits in Space" line had me laughing more than any line I've ever read on the site, and at 2 AM, for the record. Not because it was good . . . honestly it was terrible, but it might be the best "bad bar" I've read, which made it super entertaining. Anyhow . . . good luck to whoever advances. Voted: Yes (Hidden)

Wow. Okay. Firstly, these battles read like two different schemes were being used, because of the accent on the syllables. With that said, I thought that this win was clear. One's concept were more fluents, but the other had cleaner rhyming (for the most part). This battle was close, and the choice is difficult, but one entertained me more. Fair's in. Voted: Yes (Hidden)

Since this is a scheme tournament I thought one ultimately carried the scheme better which led to my decision. Loser had some ideas with good potential but the scheming seemed forced in a lot of places and ruined it. Voted: Yes (Hidden)

agree with whats been said - the battle itself was ok , but for me the scheming was a bit off / forced in places , especially from one . but both had some funny lines that have already been touched upon . seen better from both but got my winner - loser could have took this as he had some nicer ideas but wording detracted from it . fv n nh Voted: Yes (Hidden)
