People spending all day talking about random shit in the I.Ms and chatbox they could otherwise discuss in the forums.

People post a thread and people talk to the person on his I.Ms about his thread instead of using the thread intended to spark further discussion with multiple members.

The same goes when someone posts something in a thread.
