he mighta forgot he used it.... i dont know but with two account that both dropped a fair amount of battles its possible. i nearly done it a couple times

i caught 2 or 3 people recyclin verses here, and thats always there excuse
"oh i forgot i used it".. its just the easiest to act like you didn't know n try n get out of it...

Edit: and i just looked at the tourny rules, which does say no recycling!!

it is against the rules I guess, but it's up to H to decide on the proper repercussions..

EE don't lose any respect from me and I don't consider him a cheater, but he's been in previous tourney's so he should know by now..
