Petition: Making Concept Tournament Official

Just thought I'd start this to make it clear what people want, I personally feel like the concept tournament would be a great addition to the official tournaments, it's a whole different angle & could also be done in audio.
With the title: Theme Champion or Concept Champion.

It could also be held annually in October, after the 2nd GC of every year.

I say yes, it's kinda like another variation of the Scheme tourney, and it gives us something else tournament wise.

I'd say No, Only because Topical and Concepts tourney is the Same except one is approached in more of a Battle form if that makes sense. I just feel like people wanna settle.
