The backstory is that I talked with Octavia about ROTY, and he mentioned that he had another account. This account was 2 years old, and he claims to be 14, making him 12 when the account was made.

To be fair that's been so long ago I probably wouldn't even show up on the scanners. Different computer and Ip
(I say computer because I don't know if the scanner picks up MAC addresses as well)
