The Exclusive Tag Team King is a PPV card that runs monthly. @Wizdumb & @Manhattan are the current champions and won the title in the last PPV:

All battles are 16 lines. All battles must be sent in the exclusive arena. Deadlines for battles will be 25th to send, 27th to respond. The PPV card will be posted when we've had sufficient sign ups.
