the people who did miss out but are very active during the current roty year they want to participate in should be allowed a chance..if the person hadnt put up at least 60 or more battles within the given calender year of the roty he wants to get in on then hes ineligible... otherwise @
CakedOut give us your 8 or more current rookies that should be in roty contention for this year... atm all i see is not even a handful worthy...due to lbs waining activity of new members that are actually putting in dedicated work (voting/elevating/battling/forum posts)
