You can edmbed actual facebook posts with a BB code @The Prince S.
Every post on a facebook page has a clickable timestamp. When you click on that timestamp, it takes you to the actual post.

So, in the above screenshot, clicking the timestamp takes you to a page that has this link: https://www.facebook.com/letsbeef/po...56179318762176

To embed the post here, paste that link between [fb]...[/fb] tags.
So writing [fb]https://www.facebook.com/letsbeef/posts/10156179318762176[/fb] will generate this:

Post by ???.

This will only work if the post you are trying to embed is public. If it's from a closed group such as the Whipped Pen, then only people here who are also members of that group will be able to see it.
