There were a lot of bars in here that might have gotten lost wit the flow (which was immaculate!!!!) But heres a breakdown... "Mobb Deep/causing Havoc/beats on your Prodigy" = Mobb Deep scheme where I'm forcing his son or "prodigy" to figga-do aka sing & tell me where Mob's at... Mob Tied up/Cicero/Capone = Al Capone ran little Cicero in Chicago... "Homi's for a C-Note" = Battle Rappers & kill them for $100... The Mob "buried Tommy " in a corn field in the movie "Casino"... Chain smoke rappers/Cancer to all/How Mob Figured in?/Hand a cigar/John Gotti die in these bars = John Gotti died from Cancer in jail. Also meaning I smoked mob with these Bars... "White cloth on ur top/Urkel's shoe" = referring to Urkel's socks but also a bandage on Mob's head... "Thing" was part of the "Fantastic Four"... "Stack you with the can/Pringles" = Can is another word for gun... "Step in for them bands/Ringo" = Ringo Starr stepped in & replaced John Lennon in The Beatles. But I "only step in for them bands" meaning I only battle for money now... "Ladders" are slang for extended magazines... "On Tv with Llamas/Lorenzo" = Lorenzo Lamas is a TV actor, "Lamas" is also slang for a gun... "Catch bodies on site" = Letbeef Cash battles... "Swing wild arms/kids rebelling" = You ever see little kids in a tantrum? lol, I swing guns like that. Hit EVERYBODY.... "serve you wit the toast/Hashbrown" = Toast is also another gun reference... "Shooting atchu/flu/it gets passed round" = should obvious... "Omar Epps" was in a movie about College called "Higher Learning"... If you "cut every corner of a Square" it turns into a "Hexagon"... "Ticket to eat/come get this punch from me" = In Public school, you had a lunch card that was punched before you could get your food... First off.. beat was hella dope. With that aside, I felt one was a bit rushed, delivery suffered because of the beat, a few decent jabs that I had to hear again. Other rode the beat very well, with some nice punches thrown throughout the verse. I got my winner off a couple listens, delivery played a huge role in this one. Yo, I had to listen to this shit several times on both sides. 2 different styles here going at it. I liked both verses tbh. 1 had a lot of nice punches. The other did 2, I liked ones style a little better and feel that some of the punches or wp might have got slept on a little. My fav. line was "E reach a lo mein, dinner for my chopsticks" on one side.. and "I usually do homi's for a C-note then bury you in a field like Tommy in Casino"... Both artists composed heavy hitting punch combos. Sic flo on both sides. Presence on the mic played a factor in my decision. The emcee I chose to win had fluidity throughout his verse, while his competitor rushed the beat at times. Other than that it was neck and neck as far as the bars go.
