To be honest neither of these verses *really* clicked for me. One came with decent scheming but its wordplay just wasn't really working for me, I thought that he was either reaching or that his concepts were pretty forced. The other verse had some extended associative wordplay (I think that's the term) going on, which I wasn't all that into either, but I thought it was fairly well executed. This meant for me that the punches in both were falling a little flat. No hate, neither verse was *bad*, I just think I've seen better from both guys. Fairs in! Comment Only

No Doubt About This Spar one Took It Hands Down. Highs vs Lows. My winner had punches, set ups, name flips and GREAT SCHEMES! I'm really impressed. The loser here was bland w/ an occasional jab but just wasn't enough to overtake the bars against him. Good shit Good Shiit. Comment Only

This was pretty one sided. One had a couple decent bars but wasnt anywhere near as consistent as his opponent. Winner was better in all areas. Comment Only

Both had some broken multis and weak spots. One had concepts that clicked just a little bit better for me, and some decent humor, but lacked structure. The other had some decent bars, but a lot of his wording seemed forced to fit the multi. Toss up. Had to give it the the one who was a little more consistent. Comment Only

-ANONYMOUS-: I felt like your biggest problem in this battle was summed up by the Wonderful/Wand To Pull wordplay. Read that again... do those sound the same? No. No they don't. The rhyming in the verse was good, but the concepts weren't up to par; they were predictable at best and incomprehensible at worst. I've seen much better from you. Lockhart: Your concepts were ranged from "decent" to "solid" throughout. What brought this verse up was the delivery; while I'm not usually a fan of "fluid"/speedy deliveries and prefer the slow-read, pause-filled style best exemplified in ILLoKWENT, I have to applaud you here. the rhyming flowed excellently, mostly thanks to the strong use of internals. The setups meshed right in and made the concepts hit harder than they deserved to. Keep delivering bars like this and come up with more creative concepts, and you'll be an absolute heavyweight. One's concepts and scheme work just couldn't be topped in this bout, not to say that the others was bad, but just not on his level in those areas. Punches were about even but I believe one edged due to proper setups that were used efficiently and consistently. Seen better from my choice. The other has potential to be a great. Anonymous had nice concepts but poor execution. It would've looked better without those forced wordplays. Lockhart had harder punches which were executed better, he could've came up with some sicker concepts and he would've gotten a 10 on 10. Comment Only
