Decent spar here. Both came with personals. One edged in punches but only slightly because his metaphors were more relatable and and better executed. Other did better with multies and internal rhyming. This may boil down to preference. I'm leaning towards one. Fairs. Voted: B U R D E N /

I think one had this because the flips they put on their lines hit quite a bit harder than his opponent's, who had some really basic concepts that I thought didn't come out properly. With that said, his opponent kind of had this problem too. I'll look at one bar from each of you to kind of illustrate this: "if u hold SHOTTIEs n KNIFES then Ive 'Lost Faith' cuz u act GODLY n NICE so u'll 'Meet Ya Maker' as I BODY u TWICE & ya 'Nailed From Ah Cross' like da BODY of CHRIST!" < There's a ton of potential for a "body of christ"-related flip here, but you didn't seem to take it. The setups were relevant, but are so commonly done that they just didn't hit for much damage. "It was the SADDEST SHIT, IT'S THE TRUTH cause all your "lines? Never seen". You aren't the BADDEST THAT'S IN THE TROOP when you won't be "seen on screen" like the CAST OF THE INTERVIEW!!! AC's." < The same sort of shit is going on here, seen on screen like the cast of the Interview... huh? Where's the flip? You're above this, come on. Now, note that I picked out what I thought were the worst bars from each, but really... this battle read like snipe material from both, with some pretty lazily-constructed hits. Both was nice af. However, I felt that one was just more direct with their bars. Short, sweet and to the point. More than a few nice punches in my winners verse. Kinda hard to choose a winner here. Verbs, you had a mix of both creative punches and overused ones. Some seemed forced and then some just flowed beautifully. An overall solid verse in my opinion. Lock, you had some creative concepts as well, but a couple of your set-ups/multies seemed a bit forced. Your personals were off the charts which gave you a VERY solid response. Like I said, very hard to choose a winner but I went with the one who I felt had a better verse in all aspects. Voted: B U R D E N /
