damnn...this shit is pretty dope. i usually never give out 9s but both deserve it & i hate topicals! haha.. My vote simply came down to opinion. Both Flow's were on point. Story set up was on point. I Was Forced. But Okay Then. War, I Dont Like This. There Is No Imagery Whatsoever; Its Literally A Copy And Paste Prosecution. A Tip. Shorten The Fucking Sentences (Pun Unintended In A Topical Like This. Eloh, Hmm The Way You Flowed Was Too Predictable But Actually Helkped You In Your Story Continuity And Imagery Over The Prosecution. The Chef Like Raekwon And Stick Up Kids Line Were Horrible. Very nice read. Don't know how to take it because both said some things that would have garnered some confused looks in actual court so im going to approach this as a court of hip hop. That being said I feel my winner would have garnered more emotion for his client the way he spoke on his behalf . He also tried to incorporate facets used in everyday battles and although that wouldnt fly in an official court , like I said this is the court of hip hop. As a juror I would have strongly considered his argument. My loser seemed to approach this in a more technical aspect. A smoking gun was revealed at the end but as a juror I would have really liked if you had further elaborated on this point. This was your opportunity to lock it up but I was left wanting to know more. I found Myself picking apart that statement due to other facts in the case that weren't acknowledge by you but we're by the winner. So therefore reasonable doubt was established. Hell of a read from the both and as always im keepin 100 Voted: SAND / ELOH STACKz

Damn, this was dope as fuck. Both stories were appealing and kept me reading. Felt the loser here didn't try and do as much with the characters as my winner did. My winner painted a vivid ass picture for me. I really like the loser's court scenes though. Tough decision, but I'm going with the one who had the better overall story and kept me reading.. 9's to both though, dope topical battle! Voted: SAND / ELOH STACKz

One woulda just written a lil more content lol. Ok I am breaking down your verses into Opening part , Middle Part, Closing part. Opening part wasn't that impressive from both sides to be real honest. Both were basic at the opening (slow start) but thats not a point to worry as in every topical battle it happens, battlers tend to start slow, then power up in the middle game and closing parts. So I would give the opening part as "TIE". Middle part, I see some tight rhymes, Imagery and some aggression in Eloh and some dope content out there, While warsand too had a good imagery and most creative thing about his verse is that he wrote in a conversation type and it worked for me, rhymes were fine and good thing is that your read brought the court feeling. I would give the middle part to Eloh, for more better rhymes, aggression and equal good imagery compared to warsand. Now the closing part, here both were equally better again but I liked the way warsand ended his verse, eloh was equally good but I would give the closing part to warsand just for ending up in a better way . My winner had more content, better rhymes ,decent aggression, and good imagery. My loser was good in imagery and content part too , both were relevant to topic. But woulda written a lil more. Bar of the battle, Warsand's closer. Mid to High. Good battle. Voted: SAND / ELOH STACKz
