Felt black shit was straight, had a dope ending.. Like the pet doing a trick line & Grief counseling, but grief had some clever wordplay making the punches sting more, His Aaron bar hit an that cut a piece of the action was fire, Overall it was a good battle. Voted: Black Book / GOOD GRIEF

probably one of the best drops i seen from one, from setup relavency towards the concept , some nice ish,, other always consistently good concept wordplay, kinda fell off a bit toward the middle and picked up in the end.this was really close, but one edged me a bit more.. fairess beuller... Black Book: this was probably the best verse I've personally ever read from you. You started with a lot of "like" metaphors, but you soon came with more variety. The wp and puns were hitting...and I felt you were consistent with the build-up of the concepts. The line I got the most kick out of was the words are bullets' so I'm glad they'll go in one ear & OUT THE OTHER. I really liked that! hen do/hindu wp was nice as well. Overall, a pretty solid and enjoyable read! GOOD GRIEF: You landed some really nice jabs too! A lot of really nice wp and I felt you used the wp in a way where they also served as metaphors more so than your opponent (don't know how else to explain it). Like the "beads on your ya neck" line, beads could be read as a noun or a verb and it works both ways, so that was pretty nice. The bar I personally like the most was probably the one about your crew. Overall, this was a pretty solid verse. Both came with it, and this was one of the better battles I've read in a while. I thought it was pretty close. In the end, I just preferred one's verse a tiny bit more. Good battle! Voted: Black Book / GOOD GRIEF
