This was ah Mehh battle one verse started strong but afta a certain point just lost steem...Had ah decent opener w/ the president line n the okay line was mehh tha delivery could have been dropped better...Closer was mehh but it connected!!!! O_G, first bar had a nice flow and metaphor, but it wasn't a direct jab. Next line was nice and well set up. I wasn't feeling the "Phase of the 2nd Night" line. ' back 2 the point' like I "LAID ON A BED OF SPIKES" was a nice metaphor, but it wasn't a punch. "beat,u 2death" like a "RACE TO THE END OF LIFE"...'beat you to death' part makes for a nice punch, but I don't know if you'd really want to race him to the end of life, so that wasn't the best comparison to me. The next line kept the flow going but didn't really hit hard. "Dude is so 'corny' any FARM WOULD HIRE" was funny. The last line wasn't a direct hit. Phenomonon, first bar flowed nice, but it wasn't a strong punch. The 'not 'saying alright' when i "GIVE O Ks(okay)" in the next line hit, but it wasn't the most original. Also, assuming this was an open and not a private battle, the name flip aspect was sort of a cheap shot since the person going first not knowing who their opponent is going to be has no way of doing that. The next bar didn't really hit to me. The 'INSIDE JOKE' line was meh. Your closer had a nice flow, but didn't really hit hard. Overall, this was awefully close. I felt O_G had the better metaphors but they weren't always incorporated into direct jabs. A couple of his lines were kinda cypherish too. Phenomonon was not as consistent, but he threw more direct jabs. I'd like to see you guys rematch in a private battle though...perhaps a 16. Fair is proclaimed. Voted: O_G / Apollyon
