But Pheonix you need abit more 'Complexity' in ya rhymes. Like try to think outside the box, think of some shit thats gonna make people think 'Oh shit' .. Phoenix: Opening line flowed well but had an average punch and concept... Marine line was ight.. Just gotta be a lil more creative with your concepts and punches, You have all the aspects but your missing that finishing touch to close with a hard punch... the "useless" line was cool, wasn't an overall hard hitting punch but i liked the line... the "silence and words voiceless" line wasn't working out for ya, wording was off there and I felt the flow became a bit choppy on that bar... closer was mehh.. wasn't feeling the way you closed it out basically just saying your sixteen was gonna kill and it didn't have great impact to use that as a closer.. I liked the "voting power" personal and that could have been alot stronger if you added a lil hint of creativity in there, made it into a metaphor or used some form of aggression with it. You have alll the pieces to be a nice textcee, just got polish up and make those pieces work together.... Fiji: the "candene tyke" punch was ight, rest of your openers aspects were all over the place IMO.. You gotta polish that shit up... "pass instructions" concept was nice again I thought that line could have been worded better and the "spittin on mics" line was cool.. the "comic con, pheonix, jean grey" line was crack..Liked the nameplay and concept there.. the Closer was crack and read smoothly, prolly your best line of the battle.. Overall Both had some wording problems here and the vote was pretty close IMO. I picked the winner here from a couple lines from one that hit a lil harder than the others... Voted: Phoenix /
