Ill Phenom	GoD: opener was ight. Liked the concept, thought the set up could have been reworded a bit... Next bar thought the Comments/comets wordplay was forced IMO.. the flow was a bit choppy but again I did like the creativtiy/concept you brought... liked the chainmail concept, the football helmet punch was dope... next 2 lines kind lacked something for the punch to hit that hard... the Oven/ofhim wordplay is forced again.. The "brain will boil" line was crack and read off smoothly.. Paper mache/ set up connection is kind of off in the opinion. the setup doesnt directly or indirectly correlate with the concept IMO.. the "folding of corners" is more orgamy, paper mache has nothing to do with paper corners or folding... and the closer was your average punchline.. TBH I thought you had alot of nice concepts in there, and you approached your oppnent with the right way to attack, but the verse was lack luster, and written sloppy. Polish that shit up and you'll be a problem... Xplissit: OPenring lines have nice flow and decent punch consistancy. But the punches and concepts were the obvious and at best just average hitting.. Lotta filler in the next bar IMO.. Couple decent build up multis' but some were uneeded and just dragged the scheme no where, shortin it up and throw another little punch it while your building it up.. The "alphabet Spaghetti" cocept was ight. Not bad... "buy some time" and "back it up" punches were decent.. "god/atheist" line decent kept consistancy but a bit played.. Rept punch kinda fell off and the closer was nice but had not direct corelation towards your opponent so the punch factor didn't hit very high for that reason.. Overall this is very close battle.. ones verse was more in toon, flowed well, and was well worded but lacked the strong punches, concept and creativity. The other had a choppy verse, a lil all over but definitely brought better concepts and creativity to the table... IMO execution to a concpet is key. This battle could go eitehr way in my opinion depending the voters enjoyment factor. and I def enjoy a verse with a better readibility and the lines come off smooth.. Good luck to you both...
