Once again gonna be generous coz alotta battles getting slept on. 9's here. Anyway I already explained to Pheonix what he gotta do - Also try re-wording some of your bars, like that 'Desert Storm' shit could have been way better if the set up was tidied up. Pheonix: opener was nice, set up could have been worded different but I like the "notification system" concept that could have been used many different ways, also watch the broken multi's there... Dersert Storm line was cool... "behind the mic shy" punch was ight, but it was definitely missing something for the connection and punch... Closer was ight again like the other line it was missing something. It was a lil better than the reporter line IMO but both of those lines were missing something creative to give the punch it's Umph to it... FiNAL: Opener cool concept, that def could have been worded better for a harder punch but the "Follow the leader blind/sheep" line was a crack concept... "Track you down" line was dope, the "Minor Leagues and "rhetorikal" concepts were cool but the punches were off there, they didn't seem to have no sting to it for me... Mascot insurance line was ight, but you coulda added a lil more creativity to it, it flowed and read smoothly but i didn't feel you connected the wordplay well with the punch and the closer was a decent flip and ended the verse keeping consistancy up.. Another close battle I voted on of your Pheonix. Definitely stay up and work on wording and creativity.. IMO read some of the legends' battles on here and you will understand what I'm talkin about... Final just stay more consistant, you had the concepts and everything in ya verse, just have to connect them a lil better. Votes in.. Goodish from both n stay up. Voted: Phoenix / FiNAL WoRD
