The scores may be a smidge high, but one earned it with ideas. I'm on my phone so I can't go into too much detail. Pretty much, one verse had a lot of concepts that could have been GREAT, but the way they were setup (far too lengthy, and the way they were awkwardly worded took away the sting they could have packed. The rhyme scheme was solid though. The other verse had a far better rhyme scheme and flow.. and more punches that were creative, and landed. Also, this verse was structured a lot better overall. Damn...fucking dimes all around, and I don't usually toss dimes. Both came pretty beastly. I did feel that one came with a bit more complexity though. One had better multies for sure, and the bars were still heavy which is impressive. I feel this is going to come down to personal preference. Grizz: Your opener was nice. Really creative n' decent execution, nothing special though pretty simple. The wordplay for surgery / sir jury was nice tho very good wording for that entire line. Some of your lines couldn't match tho..the riding a chariot line was dull and boring the setup was nice but the punch was gay. I don't like the line..same with the Hailing from Boston line..it was really forced it had a nicer concept then the chariot line but the execution was bad. The follow-up for that line was nice tho, quick and effective. A nice punch. The Boo K line was really forced also..not a nice punch...the climbing a ladder line was dope until the punchline. I enjoyed the Mind over Matter, if worded better, that could've been the punch...then the actual punch was worded poorly. The closer was nice, a good punch and straight to the point. Still could've been worded better tho......Krhyme: The opener was a very simple punch. It was nice tho I enjoyed how it was straight to the point not to much filler and hit kinda hard..but it was nothing special..the size for clothes line was really basic, with quite a bit of filler and was really forced..the Chemo line was nice it took a while to get to the punch but the punch hit hard and the setup was entertaining. Good line. The blast his brains on the pavement metaphor is played it dont matter how you worded that whole concept is played and it gets boring when you read it alot. But the follow-up was nice it was fresh, a nice punchline to counter-act with the played filler..the grad stages line was dope..it was a really nice punch. Both had some good bars, Grizz was pretty creative, but your wording was awful. (ie, the hailing in boston line is so forced) The Sir Jury wordplay was nice, went well w/ the punch..Krhyme, you had some really played concepts, honestly.
