AfterThought was being kind as fuck saying that these were nice concepts. They were very boring (and overused) concepts that were thrown together with keystyle-effort multies in one verse.. and the other verse had soft concepts, or concepts that didn't hit at all. Here are a few examples so you know I'm not just talking out of my ass. NelSyn: Sever your fluid flows.. and backless forever. You're implying spinal fluids.. this wordplay doesn't work because the setup and wording is low-grade. Fluid flows? You're complimenting his flowing before you even get your punch in.. then when a landing attempt is made with "backless", it has zero sting on it. You're calling him backless, big deal. You say your effort is light as a feather, which it was up to that point, so it's just a filler multi. Smart ass teens is in quotes when it has no reason to be.. and there are millions.. literally millions of ways to describe how you'll have them "wheezing and scheming" besides comparing them to Wayne & Kanye, and rhyming forever for a second time. Not only is that not an insult or a punch, but again, it's filler material that just goes along with a soft multi scheme. DooX: Yes, "blast" and "shooter" are relative, but they do nothing to your opponent. Killing tracks with slow computers.. I see where you WANTED to go with that, but the execution was horrible... and ending it with frozen and fried.. again, I see what you wanted to say, but the way you worded it made it come off ugly as fuck. The "open it wide" part was barely a diss.. you can do better than calling someone gay.. but when you end it with sluts in dental service, there was no real flip on the word. Yes, sluts open up wide.. and so do mouths. That connection is way too easy to be considered a "nice concept". That's what I'm getting at.. I could break down the rest of these but I'll give others room to talk.
