Damn good battle....both had numerous of quoteables.....rules star trek reference lol.....but milk the story tell and better wordplay with thought out punches and rule had good wordplay and some great punches both had subperb multis...this battles gonna come down to the viewers choice in punches that they like.....i thought one was more direct and hit a bit harder than his opponents but the opponent had some great hits but in my book just the way it was dropped took a bit away and longer to get to the punch......a dope battle here and double 10's.....ty for the show guys Posted on: 2012-01-18 09:04:36

Fantastic battle, really really incredible. There was little filler and both managed to sustain a decent level of consistency over the entire 64. However, there was a little too much wordplay for my liking in both verses: every other bar was a wordplay and I feel you both could've flexed other battling facets further eg. vocab. Milk- That was a fucking amazing verse, honestly. But some of the wordplay I can disagree with. Such as Jury (Jurr-ree) and Jewerly (Joo-Er-Lee) and Pal is and Palace (Pal-Ess), idk just something I thought I'd throw out there.. Alot of your concepts were fucking tight, the "Golden Rule" line made me literally laugh out loud..xD Kinda..it was a good witty line. For the most part, it was a nice & smooth read...some nice shit was said...RULE: You started alright, but ended pretty strong...some of your bars had pretty bad wording, others though were really creative w/ good execution...Santa's sleigh line was the best IMO, it was a nice, witty concept...and made me litterely laugh out loud..honestly the best verse I've read from you, man..lol.....Overall : This is a fucking close battle, two much different styles & lots of funny shit being said..lol. alright one impressed me with his approach to this, the swag in the verse. He had some dope ass concepts and bars after bars just hitting hard there in the middle. He had some iffy wp imo overall dope shii tho, swag forever woulda liked to see u switch ur approach up a lil more. ......../ The other had punches for days but still had swag so that was good to see since the other verse was killing it. Also some iffy wp. Flow was a lil cleaner from u imo, not at all times but overall easier to read verse. There were some bars that took awhile to get to the punch, when u got there they were tight but it took away from it a little. I'm finally going to actually vote this time, written out an expo a couple times but couldn't pick a winner so gave up. DeNiro your shit was maaad creative, fresh concepts executed perfectly, very entertaining, funny, your opener was tight af and stayed consistent the rest of the way through the verse, there were a few bars that lost me slightly and i didn't really understand but that's probably just a USA to England cultural difference, the way you built up to the punch with relevant multies was dope, if i'm honest i think a couple of your actual punches were a bit weaker than RULEs but was saved by the build up being funny/clever as fuck so it was still enjoyable. RULE some of your wordplay was sick, your punches were some of the best i ever seen but the build ups weren't quite as good as Milks (vise versa of what i previously said) entertaining as well, also creative but tiny bit played in places, last few bars went the fuck in hard AF. your battle attack route is punch punch punch punch so lord knows how you stayed consistent over the 64 lines takes a LOT of skill. Completely different styles and being so close makes this almost impossible to judge so i'll just have to go with the one i enjoyed the most.
