Grizzy-- Opener was crack son. "skillet" line was executed nicely. "borderline" shit was INSANE. next couple of lines lost the intensity level you started with, and the closer seemed a bit forced in my opinion. Mind Fuck--Opener was pretty nice. "food for thought" line was a solid jab. "lettuce" line was clever, i liked it. "catscan" line was nice as hell yo. simba line was a MAJOR downgrade. "earthquake" line picked things back up, closer was solid. Conclusion--Both of you had some VERY well thought out concepts, started draggin ass towards the end of the battle though...This shit could honestly go either way. I think one got this based on sthe concepts being slightly more original. Dope shit here yall, definitely one of the best battles I have read on LB in a hot minute. 2 heavyweights throwin major puns. Sup fams. Alright look. I liked both verses. The concepts were plenty, damn near overkill. Mind had good punchline execution. The setups were long winded and ate up some space. Grizz had sick concepts, but the readability was iffy in places. Just things to keep ind mind. I went with the verse that was more entertaining end-to-end. Good warm-up spar for the big rounds.
